Booking policy & aftercare
A £20 non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and holds a card on file for our lateness and no-show policy. Please read these before you book - booking means you accept them.

No plus ones.

Rescheduling more than three times will have your appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Any infill appointments after 3 weeks will be classed as a full set.

You must have at least 40% remaining to qualify for an infill.

Residential parking available all around the shop; Greenford Car Park also available.

Sunday appointments available for an additional £30 - contact us to arrange.

Please arrive with no eye makeup on or around your lashes. We do not infill other lash technicians' work - please add a removal to your appointment.

Dirty lashes (mascara, oils etc.) incur a £5 lash bath charge.

Lateness: every 10 minutes adds £5 to your appointment cost; after 15 minutes, if fully booked, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit lost.

You must be 17 or over.

48 hours' notice is required to reschedule without losing your deposit; less than that is treated as a no-show and the remaining appointment cost becomes payable.

No-shows lose the deposit and owe the remaining amount, which will be taken from the card used at booking; non-payment results in being blocked from future bookings.

A patch test is advised 24-48 hours before your appointment, especially for first-timers. If you decline a patch test, any reaction after your appointment is your own responsibility and is not refundable.

Aftercare: keep lashes dry for the first 48 hours; avoid hot steamy showers and sweaty activities; wash with proper eyelash cleanser (never baby shampoo); avoid liquid eyeliner and oily eye makeup; don't sleep on your face or eyes.
